RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Ensure that all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Prepare statutory forms for remittance on a monthly basis
- Assist employees in filing of statutory benefits, e.g. maternity, sickness, loans, etc.
- Ensure confidentiality of information and/or other related documents of the employees
- Perform payroll and administrative support
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Candidate must have strong communication skills
- Candidate must be able to quickly resolve employee's queries
- Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications
