What you will be doing
- Liaise with internal & external customers in relation to deliveries and delivery queries
- Dispatching of all orders
- Completion of all returns (RMA’s)
- Running quarterly CPT stock takes as well as monthly stock counts/checks
- Monitor deliveries & re-slates TMS
- All paperwork correctly done for consignments leaving Cape Town
- Retrieve proof of delivery documents off the RTT 'Leap’ system
- Liaise with the satellite warehouse and RTT (delivery partner) on all orders
- Liaison with Local Stock & Reverse Logistics Supervisors
- Arrange machine collections, movements and deliveries with customers, Dealers and RTT
- Arrange with customers on machine collections & movements
- Manage machine scrapping process in Cape Town
- Receiving and distribution of spares to engineers and attend to spares queries
- Liaison with RTT for all Re-Sites, collections and deliveries
- Liaise with RTT on collections & track RMA's until completed for all regions
- Receive and coordinate spares dispatch
- Assist with all inter-branch transfers and deliveries
- Manage and maintain the supply chain’s vehicles
- General stock room housekeeping
- Ad-hoc duties as required

You will ideally have
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (mandatory)
- 3 -5 years' experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain Management environment (essential)
- Planning and organizing skills
- Team player
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- "Can do" attitude
- Relationship building skills
- Good work attendance
- Honesty and integrity
- Extensive Microsoft Office experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compliance to Company policies, procedures and processes
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined. Can work independently and pro-actively
- Professional, punctual and courteous at all times when dealing with internal and external customers
- Ability to manage employees and their output
