As Collection & Portfolio Specialist you manage the flavor collection for Europe. In this role, you are at the heart of a people network across the division; collaboration is key for designing and administrating the Savory Core Portfolio for Europe. You ensure that we have the right portfolio for our clients!
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the flavor portfolio for Savory in Europe by defining and implementing the strategy for the Collection/Portfolio (collection structure, criteria for flavors to be in collection, introduction & removal processes, optimal number of flavors in Collection, service level agreements) and reduce portfolio complexity

Monitor's performance and profitability of collection/portfolio and recommends corrective actions and leads implementation of activities.Define and lead projects to ensure the collection content is aligned with market needs and market evolution, fill the gaps/develop portfolio
Build communication strategy and tools to promote collection including to clients via our B2B online tool
Lead reformulation projects from the region incl communication and follow up with sales: linked with Global active reformulation, linked with Regional reformulation needs eg. raw material shortages, regulatory changes...
Ensure full implementation of global innovation/Natural Platform/Incubator to collection
We value:
1-2 years’ experience in administrative or category role
Bachelor degree in business and/or successfully completed commercial training at Matura level or relevant professional experience
Business acumen with strong analytical and strategic mindset (strong excel skills are an advantage)
Professional/fluent in English - German could be a plus but is not mandatory
Strong cross-functional partnering and communication skills and a hands on & can-do attitude mindset
Interest in the food industry and ingredients highly appreciated
